Typically, psychotherapy is done through talking, by what we call “socratic dialogue”. Different scientifically proven psychotherapeutic methods exist. Our psychologists tailor their therapeutic approach and methods to the needs of their patient. These approaches are:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Schema Therapy
- Coherence Therapy
